    A new article was just published in the Arctic Review on Law and Politics (vol. 8 (2017)) by Carol Cravero: Socially Responsible Public Procurement and Set-Asides: A Comparative Analysis of the US, Canada and the EU. Here is the abstract: Public procurement can be used to achieve goals other than purely economic ones. Such goals are often referred to as “social linkages”.
